Six Sigma Certification hierarchy starts with Yellow Belt/White Belt. White Belt is controversial, but is offered by some training institutes abroad online and is not recognised by American Society for Quality. In our country, Yellow belt is considered as elementary level of certification and is offered for fees as low as Rs 2000/- or so and higher. White and Yellow belt certifications provide some peripheral level of knowledge. Up in the hierarchy we have green belt certification which costs around Rs 10,000/-. . Green belt do participate projects in six sigma projects in their domain of work. Still higher in the hierarchy, we have black belt certifications, cost might come to around Rs. 15,000/-. . Black belts do their own projects in their sphere of work in industry. Master Black belt certifieds are considered trainers. They train black, green and yellow belts. Still up in the hierarchy we have six sigma champions. They plan, manage and undertake financial considerations for six sigma projects.There are institues in our country providing online and classroom training for Six Sigma. Though Indian Statistical Institute is the final word in Six Sigma Certifications, government institutes such as MSME offers certifications upto black level. IACT and a few other training institutes also offer six sigma certifications.

Application Procedure for the M.Tech Course
The application fees of the majority of these entrance exams range from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 2, 500/-. The applications can either be brought from the examination center directly or got by post. The students also have an option to download the form from the official website portal of the college or university of their preference.

Preparation Tips for the entrance exam
The students should build up a good study plan to crack the competitive entrance exams. They should have a thorough systematic plan to cover up each and every topic included in the test syllabus. Previous question papers of these exams can be collected from book shops or else they can access it online. The students should aim to attempt maximum number of questions within the restricted time allotted for them to complete the exam. They should maintain good accuracy level as well. For this they need to practice a lot of questions from the previous question papers and also from standard guides that are available in the market. The study place chosen by them should be an ideal one and assure that no distractions will be there. The revision time must be utilized to the maximum as well.

After completing the fashion design course, there are many avenues and opportunities. You can opt for a career in :

-manufacturing and processing company that produces clothing, soft furnishings and other textiles-based products
-several large fashion and clothing retailers
-design studios and consultancies

You may even work as freelancer. And with good experience and contacts, you can eventually open your own business.

As far as salary is concerned, it depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc.
But, to give a brief idea, a fresher can earn around 15-20 thousand per month.
In export houses experienced textile designers may draw Rs 25,000 to Rs 40,000 per month.
