Human resources are undoubtedly the key resources in an organization, the easiest and the most difficult to manage! The objectives of the HRM span right from the manpower needs assessment to management and retention of the same. To this effect Human resource management is responsible for effective designing and implementation of various policies, procedures and programs. It is all about developing and managing knowledge, skills, creativity, aptitude and talent and using them optimally.
If you are a fresher then highlight some of the things that guided you in choosing HR as the career. With so much business expansion taking place, professional HR staff is required to maintain the human capital of an organization. Organizations are also starting their operations in foreign land. As such factors like economical issues, legal bindings and cultural factors often play important role in recruiting and retaining human capital. HR plays a crucial role in handling such affairs.Human Resource Management is not just limited to manage and optimally exploit human intellect. It also focuses on managing physical and emotional capital of employees. Considering the intricacies involved, the scope of HRM is widening with every passing day. It covers but is not limited to HR planning, hiring (recruitment and selection), training and development, payroll management, rewards and recognitions, Industrial relations, grievance handling, legal procedures etc. In other words, we can say that it's about developing and managing harmonious relationships at workplace and striking a balance between organizational goals and individual goals.
When you join it would mainly personnel management, which only concerned with maintenance of payroll or keeping accounts of employee benefits. But then in comming 3-5 years, things will change drastically. It will go more strategic in nature. HR has now an important department that not only recruits but also formulates retention policies, imparts training and offers other necessary support in reaching the defined targets of the organization.

There is regular and correspondence courses for doing this. This is good for the career as it make you able to earn lot of money as seen as lot in demand and you can go in every field related to this because every company has account section.
There are some few courses available in market provided by private of government institutes are after graduation :
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) by BIFM
- MFC (Master of Finance & Control) by Delhi University & Amity University
- CPA by ICFAI University
- Course in Actuaries by Delhi University
the other profession is CS(company Secretary).
you can also become CFA(Chartered Financial Analyst).
