Ankur, Management course with specialization in Finance is surely going to help you in the long run. But to begin with you also need to perfect your technical aspects and establish your perfection in the basics of the finance field. Unless you learn the roots of your field and unless you know how to implement the theories you have learnt, the higher management degree will not be able to empower you in the job you undertake.
