Although, as there is no neutral ranking for Correspondence & distance learning programs all the institutes are placed equally but few of the reputed Institutes in Tamilnadu are:
Annamalai University
Alagappa University, Directorate of Distance Education
Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras
IGNOU would require work experience for MBA and you need to sit for OPEN MAT Entrance Examination. Similarly different Universities will have different admission criteria. I would suggest you to gather all the information before applying to any University.

CLAT is Common Law Admission Test conducted by the National Law schools in India, the test is similar to the pattern of LSAT.
