I really do not think if you are eligible to pursue Masters in mechanical with a Bachelors in Industrial & Production engineering although you could do it vice verse because Mechanical is a core field in engineering and industrial & production is a sub field/ sub specialization in mechanical.

As far I would know about this, to pursue a M.Pharm the minimum eligibility required is a B.Pharm degree from a well reputed institute, so if you had pharmacy in your graduate (not mentioned) level then you are eligible for M.Pharm.
