As you have shown interest to change your stream and plan to pursue a career in technical, definitely M.tech / M.E will prove to be a good option as this bring in better career prospects which are missed at the bachelor levels but as mentioned 'technical' you have not specified of which stream as there are many to choose based on your prior education (Specialized stream in B.E).
