As you have scored real good in your +2 level, this will definitely bring in various career opportunities depending on the stream in science you had.If it was Maths then you can apply for Engineering, Technology related career options. If you had Bio as a subject then you can choose from the options like MBBS, pharmacy, life sciences, Vet sciences, Dental and many more.

The GRE and the fees depends from course to course and the level of the course i.e. bachelors or masters. Please throw more light on the course you want to pursue so that i can give you specific details. On a general basis, you would have to score atleast 1000+ in the GRE to qualify for admission.

As you have shown interest to change your stream and plan to pursue a career in technical, definitely M.tech / M.E will prove to be a good option as this bring in better career prospects which are missed at the bachelor levels but as mentioned 'technical' you have not specified of which stream as there are many to choose based on your prior education (Specialized stream in B.E).
