you are eligible for writing civil services exams as it has only two eligibility criteria stated below:
1)age between 21-30 years
2)and should be a graduate in any field.
and their is also limited chances for general category that is 4 chances for OBC it is 7 chances and for sc/st it is unlimited chances.

If you join a reputed coaching centre then for a 4 to 5 months duration course the fees would be in the range of Rs 50,000 to 60,000. Then if you stay in a hostel then it would cost you Rs 10,000 per month minimum in a place like Delhi. You can add another Rs 50,000 for the books and related study material from other sources. The there is a cost involved for being connected to the internet for getting knowledge about the current affairs and on topics you need to study more vividly. If you can prepare by yourself sitting at home you will require grearter efforts but all thse costs would reduce.

well it is purely your choice weather you want to go for MCA or MSc but what i can do is suggest you what does these both really mean and how are they a bit different, than they sound MCA is mainly the aaplicative part of computers that is the reason more of the MCA guys find place in major multinations as they want people who know more of the applicative part of computers, where as MSc is mainly descriptive part and mainly a study of computers where you will get a insight into how things happen with computers.
