In every course Like B.Sc in cunilary arts, BHM, Diploma in tourism and cunilary have specaial session with the facuty of hospitality and we have Edge department ( special department for traing students for personality development, and communication part.

At aaft, there are mutiple kitchens which is used by the mutliple sessions. For Diploma and short term courses, they have basic training kitchen . For Bachelors or Bsc in culinary students, they have advance training kitchens. At aaft, bakery lab is also separate which is primarily focused on Bakery courses.
