In every course Like B.Sc in cunilary arts, BHM, Diploma in tourism and cunilary have specaial session with the facuty of hospitality and we have Edge department ( special department for traing students for personality development, and communication part.

At AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism we offer multiple Kitchen labs, For first year we have BTK ( Basic Training Kitchen) where they learn basic of cunliary, then we have QTK ( Quantity Training Kitchen ) for Indian cusine where they learn bulk cooking, then we have ATK ( Advance Training Kitchen ) Where they learn multi cuisine food of different country. We have separate Bakery lab for bakery and confectionery practical.
A part of this we have Front Office lab, Housekeeping Lab, F&B ( Food and beverage ) lab for degree courses.
