Dear Sanju, The MCSE is Microsoft Certified System Engineer. Which is a Microsoft Server Networking Certification. The Exam is really simple and you can study from your place too. The Certification only has the value. Even the classes won't teach you in a practical way of approach. So you can study by yourself and give certifications from any prometric center like NIIT, HCL or Aptech.

There are a few institutes in India offering MBA in health care but there are no such ranking systems to rate these institutes. It is always advised to opt for the recognized institute and opt for the course that has the necessary approvals by the education bodies and govt.

So to become a Central Excise officer you need to clear Civil Service Examination.
