Minimum Requirements: A mid-B average (75% or international equivalent) in each of the final two full years of your bachelor degree plus English Language Requirements. Sucessful applicants typically have an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. We do consider applications on a case by case basis and if you do not have a Civil Engineering degree, the Admissions Committee will look at your proposed area of study (structures, environmental, transportation, ect.) and your academic history, and determine whether you have an adequate background for the program.

Although, there are not many Beauty Institutes which will provide CIDESCO approved Diploma, but one such Institute you may consider is LTA located in Andheri (E), Nityanand Marg.
I would suggest you to contact the CIDESCO office directly to know more information on Institutes providing this diploma in Mumbai and other parts of India.

It not clear as to what you plan to inquire about by mentioning 'command'. Assuming you are inquiring about higher education, all I will suggest is to opt for the course as per your area of interest. If you are keen to continue your education in Engg. & Tech then opt for M.E/ M.tech but if you are keen to get in the management field then opting for a MBA or similar management course shall be a good career option.
There are many institutes offering either of the courses and to get admission to such masters programs, one require to qualify the entrance based on the Institute's requirement.

To do an MBA you need to have a Graduation degree from a UGC or AICTE Recognized University and it should be of three years time duration, so if you fit the bill go ahead.
