It all depends on you. Having work experience in your profile will only add more value to your profile. However, once you get into the working mode, it would be difficult for you to drift yourself back to the study mode and there would be chances that you studies would get affected once you start working. It all depends on your. Both the directions are right. There is no harm if you apply without experience, and there is no harm if you apply with work experience.

Evening MBA - Christ College-Pondicherry University Twinning Programme 6-9 pmThis is a 2 years course .Cost is around 40,000 . Remember that Pondicherry University is a central University.
Bangalore University , AMC etc - You sould have sat for PGCET . This is Three years .
XIME - PGDBA - three years (approved by AICTE). But very expensive . It will cost you 2 lakhs . They have classes in the evening.
and then u have the IIMB ,

You can take admission in to B.Tech for Second year after completing your Diploma.This is called lateral entry. If you do well in Diploma then it will be easy for you to get into a good college

Apart from GPAT which is a national level Entrance examination, There are several other Institute specific or state level Institute Entrance Examinations such as NIPER JEE, for National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, or NUPGET for NITTE University, ASSO - CET for IPER etc.
