HI,
As you mentioned that you are already done your BE. But you are interested to make career in software related. SO in this you can try for regular classes for programming language. In this you will learn everything about IT languages.
But i suggest you, to gain some education related to IT field, with programming knowledge. Because nowdays so many jobs are available in IT field, but they need trained employee for their job. They cant spend so much time for your training.
So as per my suggestion, learn laximum IT related programming languages, so you will definately get good job into IT field.
Best of luck for your future.

Hi Francina,
First of all I would like to say that there are not many Institutes which will give you fellowship programmes in Human Resource. However, most of the institutes which provide fellowship program in Management would accept a Masters degree as eligibility criteria to enter their fellowship programme.
Few of the Institutes which you can check for fellowship programmes are: IIMs, XLRI, Aligarh Muslim University, BITS Pilani etc.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

Pooja

Hi Srinivas,
If you are planning to do a distance education programme then I would say that all the Distance Education institutes are placed equally as there is no neutral public ranking for these institutes.
