First of all I would like to say that there are not many Institutes which will give you fellowship programmes in Human Resource. However, most of the institutes which provide fellowship program in Management would accept a Masters degree as eligibility criteria to enter their fellowship programme.
Few of the Institutes which you can check for fellowship programmes are: IIMs, XLRI, Aligarh Muslim University, BITS Pilani etc.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
