Hi,
If your interested in studying in Canada at post graduation level, why don't you opt for a masters degree in computer science rather than a post graduate diploma? You would be spending a little higher, however, you would be getting a masters degree altogether which would add much more value to your profile than a post graduate diploma. You would be spending alot anyway if you are studying abroad, then, why not spend a little more and get more benefits? Think about it.
Also, chances of getting a job in Canada are much better if you pursue a degree than a diploma.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best a

Hi Yashabh, the minimum course duration that a international student can go for is 1 yr. The courses are offered by lots of institutes in Singapore. You can consider MDIS, the degree is awarded by an Australian University called Southern Cross university. Singapore is a good choice for such courses as this industry is booming and creating as lot of jobs in Singapore.
Good luck.

Hi Puja,
Although, 15% seats are reserved for SC category in SIBM but there is no separate cut off for SC students as far as SNAP is concerned, so it seems difficult that you would be able to get a call from SIBM Pune on the basis of your score.

Hi Deepak,
As shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance to the students it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion or judge a particular Institute.
However, Amity University is a decent University, but as far as the placements are concerned more than the institute it would depend on your own caliber, performance on the program and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of placement interviews.
few of the other things you should keep in mind while choosing the institute are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly

Hi Siddharth,
BBA & BMS, both are the degrees related to Management studies and hold equal value. In India different Institutes call the similar degree by different names mostly in area like Maharashtra, Karnataka etc. you would find Bachelors in Business Administration by the name of Bachelors in Management Studies or Bachelors in Business Management.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
