i personally dont favor distance learning programs as with these programs you dnt learn anything but only get a certificate or degree. as you are interested in mba international business i would advise you to look for upes, it is a core sector university and it is famous for its programs and faculty in pan asia region.

their is no definition of good job and especially for a fresher,u should consider urself lucky if u get a job even bec in this modern age of cut throat competetion, nobody wants to teach anyone.so if u want to grow and make a god career, then catch a job first. then learnas much as u can and with the passage of time as ur experience grows, u will eventually find a good job then . all the best.

Hi,
The best option for you would be to go for an MBA degree with HR as a specialization, and if you are looking for real returns on your investment go for a full time MBA programme through a good B-School. Apart from this you can also get a six sigma certification and can go for train the trainer program which will help you making a career in training department.
