Different IIMs give different weightage to work Experience. IIM Indore does not give any weightage to work ex. So if you are a fresher then you have as much chance of selection as an experience candidate. What matters is your 10th, 12th, Cat score, performance in WAT and PI.

If you have studied Biology in 10+2, then you can still go ahead and try for MBBS. If you ultimately want to do MBBS, then you may have to ignore your btech program and start preparing for the MBBS entrance exams.

Well in this case I suggest you to look out for the courses in your new resident country. It will be convenient for you to pursue your studies there.
