Revathi, why are you looking for MSc Animation? Are you interested to go for teaching? Besides that there's not much advantage you derive out of Msc. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). Of course at the top of the pile lies Concept Designing - these people are required by Event Companies, Animation Studios, VFX Studios, and of course Game Studios. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. I don't think there would be any such institute or university. To grab a seat in a good b-school you've to perform good in GD/PI as well. Some of the bschools that accept MAT score are UPES Dehradun(best for industry focused MBA programs), Sharda University, I.T.S Management and IT Institute, St Aloysius Institute of Management and Information Technology etc. You can talk to existing MBA students about their GD/PI experiences and prepare accordingly
