No you wont get a GD/PI call. our college mostly go CMAT or CET scores. They don't see CAT scores much. But you will surely get a leverage in your gd/pi if you have a good CAT scores.

Better try and land up there in a job and then do anything along with job.as no course will fetch you job.and your basic qualification and experience can only be helpful in getting you the job there.however it is tough but not impossible.if any company can sponsor or any friend or relative is there in US who can help you by sponsoring.as these days very strict rules by us gov for working visas so you need to try hard.but dont waste money and time in any course prior getting job.
