IBPS score card is needed only in the banks those are connected with it so you may apply in the banks those dont need it and conduct separate exam for jobs.

Yes you can surely pursue MBA-IT after completing Bsc, however I would suggest that after completing your graduation you should work for 1-2 years and then pursue MBA.
