Hi Pankaj, Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) conducts Graduation Examination which is recognized by the Government of India.
A pass in the Graduateship Examination is at par with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized India University for the purpose of recruitment to superior posts and services under the Central Government.
To be eligible :
Age :
** A person shall not be less than 18 years of age.
Qualifications :
** A person has passed the Higher Secondary (XII standard). Examination under the 10+2+3 scheme of education in science of a Statutory Board of Higher Education, the Intermediate Examination, recognized as equivalent there to and has at least two years working experience in an organization.
** Completed and passed first two years of regular degree course in Engineering / Technology.

To become a Block Development Officer, you need to sit for State Civil Services, competitive examination conducted at the state level for openings in the administrative services in the state government.
Also known as the Provincial Civil Services (PCS), this examination is conducted by the State Public Service Commission of the respective state.
Eligibility:-
All graduates between the age groups of 21 and 28 are eligible to take this examination. Yes you can surely pursue MBA-IT after completing Bsc, however I would suggest that after completing your graduation you should work for 1-2 years and then pursue MBA.
