Its good to see your seriousness in your career, I would suggest that you should pursue one course at a time, by doing this you would be able to give your 100% in your studies.
As per your profile it would be advisable for you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue MCA, whereas if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
Before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course.

Adding to Aru's suggestions,as a friend I want you to know that Communicative English is a professional qualification of learning teaching methods mostly for ESL training while BA (Hons.) English is a literature based degree.
1.CE is offered both as a degree and certification program.
-Aligarh Muslim University offers BA (Hons.) CE.
-Shri Shikshayatan College,Kolkata offers BA (Hons.) CE.However, BA (Hons) English is a popular program and is offered by every university.
2.Which one to choose depends on your career goal.Before deciding ask yourself:
-What do I want to become?
-Do I want to become a teacher in school or lecturer in college?If the answer is yes,you can choose BA (H) English +B.ed for school and MA/M.Phil for lecturer.
-Do I want to become an ESL trainer?If yes,choose Communicative English and you can further pursue courses such as CELTA certification offered by BCL,India for better job prospects.
3.You can also consider BA(H) English from EFLU,Hyderabad as it provides a healthy mix of Literature,English language teaching and specialization in any one language.For confirmation ,contact EFLU.
