UK is the best study destination in Europe to pursue MBA, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

-You can surely pursue M.Phil or Ph.D after your distance learning Executive MBA provided the universities of your choice accept it as the degree 'equivalent to Masters degree'.
-Conventionally, a Masters degree or an equivalent degree with minimum 55% marks,(general category) is required for admission to M.Phil or Ph.D.

The eligibility criteria for both M.Phil and Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
In order to know the exact eligibility criteria for Phd it would be always advisable to browse through the website of the institute you wish to take admission.
