Hi,
Yes you can surely pursue MBA-IT after completing Bsc, however I would suggest that after completing your graduation you should work for 1-2 years and then pursue MBA.
The advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in your undergraduate field then you can pursue masters in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
