Hello Rachana, Old question papers of entrance examinations conducted by different entities and different Deemed to be universities along with their answers are available with almost all coaching classes and they make use of it while teaching the students of how to answer in these entrance exams. If you have taken admission in any one of these coaching classes then you can seek these papers from the coaching class else if you search the internet you will definitely find the sites from which you can download the information that you are seeking. The eligibility for B.Tech mechanical is you need to have 45% with Physics, Mathematics, English, Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biology as mandatory subjects.
