I would just like to add one single point to the nice extensive reply by Ms Pooja Kohli. If you happen to go for Food Technology course then remeber to get trained in the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control point) and if possilbe also in ISO 22000 (exclusively forFood safety systems) as these certificates will catapult your demand in the market. Although Bhartiya vidyapeeth is a UGC approved deemed University and has a decent market value but as far as Nerul Campus is concerned it would be difficult to comment on this, to have the indepth information on the infrastructure, Faculty background, study material, etc. advisable would be that you should visit the campus & interact with few of the current batch students and faculty members and get a more crisp information. However, it is always suggested that one should opt for a main campus of a University which is the oldest and you get the best of facilities there and in BVPs case Pune is their main campus. As you have got a very low rank, it would be difficult to get any decent Colleges with this rank, so I would suggest you to go for some private institutes like Manav Rachna etc. or reappear for AIEEE next year. Another option for you could be that if you have got a high percentage you can go for B.Sc programmes.
