Although, you have got decent score it would be difficult to give you names of Colleges on the basis of your score as the cut off keeps on changing every year. However, you can check with University Departments of Anna University Chennai, Anna University at Coimbatore, Trichy, and Tirunelveli, and other Universities, which function under the State Act in Tamil Nadu. Also one can seek admission to Government & Government Aided Engineering Colleges and to self financing institutes.

CA in itself is a high demanding course not just in terms of rewarding a bright career but also in terms of the hard work and time that goes in preparing and qualifying the same. It will be real difficult to manage the courses CA and GNIIT together and hence I would suggest you to first think if you can be able to manage both or not.

Although, different Universities will have different admission criteria but generally, the eligibility to get admission in a PhD programme is a Masters degree with 55% marks from a recognized University, so in case you fulfill the above criterion you can go ahead. The percentage requirement may vary from University to University.
