Hi Bikash, many programs permit applicants to take exams like GRE, TOEFL, IELTS. It is often the test of preference for academically orientated programs. If you are comfortable in speaking and reading English, it will likely pose little problem for you. The countries like UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, programs often give English language requirements in terms of both TOEFL and IELTS scores. The similarity of these exams as well as their relatively undemanding nature means there is little strategic advantage to taking one rather than the other.

The point that you have mentioned is partly true, but not completely. The UK Border agency rules state that if you are doing a UG/PG program from a recognised University then you have the full 20 Hrs per week part time work permit. However if you are doing the courses from a private institution which is highly trusted, then you cannot work under the current rules. In between there is another point also. There are some govt colleges which are provided with grants by the government. If you have enrolled in such instituions, then you are eligible to work for 10Hrs per week. So do ot loose heart. Check the status of the institution and then look for options.

I perfectly understand the dilemma you must be going through for choosing the specialization in your MBA program. This quite an important step in the academic life and should be taken after much thought to it.
kindly consider some of the following points to choose a correct specialization -
1. Do you have passion towards dealing with numbers and to solve practical sums and problems?,then you can surely go into finance.
2. Do you have a passion towards understanding human behavior?dealing with people, and basically ding everything related to people then HR is the specialization you should go for.
3. Also keep in mind , the the mistake most of the students do is that they take up finance because they are weak in HR theories or they take up HR as they aren't good with financial practicals. Always go ahead with the thing you have passion for. if you are weak in Finance but have a passion for it then take it because there is a clear possibility of learning in future but changing passion from one thing to another is very difficult.
4. last and the most effective step , just visualize that what ever you choose will be the thing you would be doing in your future for a long time to come so accordingly choose wisely
