Pavithra.Two days ago you asked me a question about universities in UK that offer MBA in the fees range of Rs 10 - 12 lakhs. Now you are enquiring about International Relations and Security. My sincere advice is to target one particular field only, where you think you have good job opportunities after completing the PG course. Please don't choose any course that sounds interesting. Personally I don't see any connection between engineering and international relations. Choosing an irrelevant field to do PG degree would be a complete waste of time and money not only for UG course, but also for the PG course. It is easy for anyone to give you a list of universities. But you must make a sensible decision.

US does not recognize a dental degree from India. The person must complete DDS from USA and be licensed through one of the boards (eastern, california, etc.) to be able to practice .Colleges which offer Advanced Standing Program (DDS/DMD) to foreign trained dentists require at least NDEB Part I. Most of the dental schools which offer this program require at least 83%.Foreign dental students can get into the Advanced Placement program of DDS wherein they join in the 2nd year of the program.
Typically, yearly expenses are in the range of US $ 80,000 to one lakh dollar. So, a two year program will cost US $1,60,000 to US $200,000.
