ERP means Enterprise Resource Planning and is a type of software package. ERP packages are installed by all kinds of industries to make their system efficient and tailor made for their managers & supervisor. Its front end gives analysis of data and back-end comprises of database. ERP package picks up different inputs from dofferent departments like production, inventory, marketing, finance etc; either through manuai data entry or through sensors. Big IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, HCL etc sell their ERP packages in crores of Rupees and take 1 year to two year for completion of project. The project team comprises of HR persons, engineers of various branches and data entry operators.
Now depending upon your degree qualification, you can place yourself. Usually training on ERP packages at various institutes are done by HR personals and data entry operators for enhancement of their CVs. Engineers seldome do these courses as usually they are picked up through campus placements and in these ERP is not a pre-requisit. They are usually trained at company premise after their selection.

Germany is one of the best study destination to pursue MS in engineering and related studies, the degree offered by German universities is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
The German universities have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Summer intake.
Winter intake.
The cost of education in Germany is less as compare to US.
In order to pursue MS in in Germany, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate course recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
IELTS score of 6.5-7 bands plus.
As Germany is a non English speaking country, it is always advisable to pursue some basic level German course before leaving for Germany.

In order to pursue undergraduate course in UK and US, you need to have:
12 years of education with good academic record, preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
SAT score of 1600-1700 plus.
Please note that SAT test scores are required for only for universities in US, universities UK do not require SAT score.
IELTS and TOEFL are the exams which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.So the student can take either TOEFL or IELTS.
Both IELTS and TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is of 9 bands.
Universities in US and UK have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year.
