An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and

Hi, "Full Time over Part Time".I would say that of course yes, one loose practical as well as classroom exposure if opted part time while on the contrary full time people loose the opportunity of gaining work experience along with part time MBA.
Do not discontinue your job as this might hamper your work stability and take up MBA through part time as that would serve as a value add on your career graph both professionally and salary meter.
I would suggest you to take the required time in gaining work experience, and once you personally feel ready for taking a jump, go ahead with Executive MBA from a reputed institute like FMS, MDI, IMT, Christ, etc.
Prepare yourself meanwhile, learn as much as possible during your work tenure and explore all kind of opportunities that come your way. To start a career I would suggest you to join some good production house or an AD agency as a trainee to groom yourself or another good option for you can be to start shooting documentary films, do it as a free lancer or join any NGO and make a documentary for them and then you can apply to big production houses or if you have enough funds you can start your own production. Fist of all I am a little surprised to notice as in were you not aware of the dates. Not very clear with the picture, yet I would say that both the papers are equally tough and significant.
SSC (Staff Selection Commission) is the exam for the recruitment of qualified aspirants to fill in the various vacancies coming up in public sector companies and government organisations whereas Bank PO exams are for aspirants who wish to make their career in banking sector.
Although option for Government Job is applicable in both cases, still I would suggest you to opt for the field in which you want to make your career. Sit for the same that you are most passionate about.
Concentrate on just 1 paper so that you come out with flying colors professionally.
