In order to pursue MS from good universities in US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.

prepare for the GATE Entrance exams. This is the only Entrance exams in India, that provide you the best colleges like IIT's And NIT's.
Because GATE score card will be accepted by every top colleges of India.

Dhanireddy.University of Texas is a reputed university in USA, and admission is very competitive. With arrears and aggregate of 55% marks, you are chances of getting admission are very limited. My advice is that you should first complete your degree course, then do your Master's degree IN INDIA and try to get first class. Then you can try applying to some good universities in USA.
