First of all I would say that the most important thing which you need to keep in mind while choosing your stream or profession is your own interests and career aspirations, so, best thing would be to first ponder on your career path that what exactly you want to become and then plan your course accordingly.
As you have done Diploma in Painting you can either try to do higher level courses in fine arts or painting or try your hand in the fields like Advertising, Mass Communication etc. or else start doing freelance painting work. Apart from this there are other options as well where you may utilize your painting skills such as
