First of all, I can suggest that you start with page formatting: HTML Scripting. (Unless you already know this)
About the programming languages, the easiest for a beginner would be PHP, to be able to create pages that actually DO something .

Admission in DTU for non-residents of Delhi
Eligibility and the seat distribution are mentioned below:-
Admissions to DTU UG courses are done on the basis of AIEEE entrance exam conducted by CBSE. 85% seats are for delhi residents and remaining 15% for all india aspirants.
And there are many aspirants who write the exam and the number actually varies. For descriptive help, you may visit www.dce.ac.in

Fall is the most preferred intake for students, as most number of students apply for Fall intake.
Please remember the VISA process remains the same irrespective of the Fall or Spring Intake.
For US VISA you need to appear for interview with the VISA officer, whereas there is no VISA interview for Germany VISA.
Please make sure all your documents are complete and in proper order as required by the respective VISA offices.

You may have ti intimate authorites at Pune University of the true facts and in case if there is delay in issue of results and mark lists request for extension of time for submission of credentials. Mean while get to know when is the last date for submissions in result awaited cases
