Although, there is a possibility to do two courses simultaneously but there are hitches like there could be clashes amongst the classes or the University from where you are doing full time Course, doesn't permit second course. Moreover, doing two courses in regular mode is not permitted by educational bodies as well like UGC etc.
I would suggest you that if you are too keen to do two degrees together you can opt for one through correspondence and one through regular, but for this as well you need to keep in mind all the pros and cons as I have mentioned above.

If you want to make your career in Bureaucratic services as in going to the highest level then definitely IAS is the right choice on the other hand if you want to make your career in Banking sector then you can go ahead and prepare for various banking Examinations.

Canada is one of the finest study destination to pursue undergraduate degree.
In order to top pursue undergraduate degree in Canada, you need to have at least 60% plus in 12th.
How ever please do not loose hope, you can pursue undergraduate degree in India, and after completing that, you cap opt to pursue Masters form Canada.

For IIMs your graduation marks will play more important role than your 12th but yes when it comes your overall academic scores then 12th will play an important role. However, if you are able to score exceptionally well in your CAT examination then yes, it will be cover up for your low 12th percentage, so I would suggest you to get a high CAT score (as high as 100 percentile) which will open doors for IIMs.
