For MS in Canada, ur percentage is fine. Some of the well reputed univs in Canada are university of toronto, york university, univ of british columbia, McGill University, HEC montreal, University of western ontario. SOme of the schools will require a GRE score and a TOEFL for the same.

Yes you can take loans from India as well as abroad. If you are planning to take it from India, please visit the following link to see a list of agencies offering a loan at different interest rates: http://www.apnaloan.com/education-loan-india/index.html
You can take a maximum loan of 20 lakhs from 1 agency. However, if you have multiple collateral(property, etc.), you can take multiple loans from 2 different agencies or 1 bank and 1 agency.

Hi Rachita,
The most important thing in preparing subject like Mathematics is that your Fundamentals should be very strong so you should go back to basics pick up your NCERT books from eighth till twelfth standard and try and grasp the fundas of Math then second step should be practice, practice more and more problems which will give you an idea about your strengths and weakness in the subject and then you can stronger your strengths and work on your weakness
