Well a student who has passed Common Proficiency Test and Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 examination) conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto may join Accounting Technician Course.
For more detailed help, you may log on to the official website icai.org. They offer CAT Course through E-learning mode. As for Chandigarh, I may suggest you with London School of Business & Certified Accountants which offer your desired course.

UK, is one of the finest study destination to pursue MBA, please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities in UK, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, secondly to pursue MBA you need to take either TOEFL or IELTS, and GMAT exam.
