You'll be provided with the study material from the respective college or university. You may even surf internet websites that offer online tutorial for the program.
There are some things that you should bear in mind before appearing for the exams. They are:

*First tackle the hard part and then get to the easy part. You will be able to cover all their portions this way.

Now coming to job, in the present day scenario job situation in US is not very promising due to global economic turmoil and economic recession, how ever if you full fill the eligibility criteria than getting a job should not be a problem.
India is one of the developing economies, so there are good job opportunities, plus as there are many national and international companies operating India, so getting a good job in India after MS form US should not be a problem, please remember getting a job entirely depends on the knowledge level and calibre of the student.

UK, is one of the finest study destination to pursue MBA, please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities in UK, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, secondly to pursue MBA you need to take either TOEFL or IELTS, and GMAT exam.
As you are pursuing BBA , it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completion of your graduation and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.
The course curriculum of Msc in management, is almost similar to MBA, the only difference is, MBA is more of a practical oriented course and Msc in management. is more of a theoretical course.
