Hi,
No do not apply again, rather speak to the officials concerned and ask them for help. I am sure you must be having some application form number with you, with reference to that you can send them your +2 and matriculation details. And if at all they ask you to apply again, go ahead but be sure of the confirmation. I would advice you to do the same at the earliest so as not to regret later.

For preparation of proffesional knowledge, prepare all first year syllabus books and core related subjects. Prepare all previous papers of gate or for questions papers of professional subjects. Also check book named G.K Publications.
