Dear Ashok, My friends have given you the correct ideas of the same. However one part of your question was that whether you could do the MBA without an IELTS score. This part is very difficult as the entry requirements in UK universities would require you to have a English Language certification or atleast 70% marks in your 12th English. However on the cost factor, there are certain institutes in India which offer twining programs.
