If you are planning to go abroad, short term courses would probably not be a great help, advisable would be that you should do a full time MBA degree programme through a decent Universities like IIMS, FMS, MDI etc. as it will enhance your chances to get job abroad.
However, if you are looking for short term courses in Material Management please check the links below:

Java does not relate to networking. But if you have an inclination towards networking, then you should pursue it. One of the best universities in United States is North Carolina State University. It has a masters in networking program and is very well reputed for the same. You can also look at the University of California-DAvis. That is another good university for networking. Another university you can look into is University of Colorado-Boulder.
In all cases, you would need to score very well in the GRE(preferably above 1200).

I would say that doing an MBA from a good full time B-School is a very right decision. as far as preparation is concerned, first option would be that you should try and prepare for Entrance examinations along with your job but if you feel it is not at all possible even if you join some coaching Institute then in that case I would suggest you to take a one year sabbatical and prepare for these Entrance Examinations. If that is also not possible then only think to opt for Part time or correspondence programmes, as these programmes doesnt have great market value, and would not give you good returns on investments especially when
