I believe marketing is important and more critical than finance in any business activity. Even the success of financial services (like banking and insurance) and products like loans and credit cards are dependent on how well they are marketed as there is not much difference in the interest rates and charges. Though one cannot undermine the importance of finance, it is marketing that is essential for the success of any business enterprise.As for job opportunities, the initial jobs are almost equally good in both streams. As one gets more experience, senior positions in finance generally demand additional professional qualifications like CA, CS, ICWAI and CFA. In the case of marketing, experience and results matter -- not additional qualifications.Go for the field which you have interest in the rest will fall in there places.

Science is a huge discipline and as you are already having some industrial experience, I am sure you would be knowing well about what you desire to be or want to pursue a career stream.depending on these factors, precisely your interests you should take a decision.
But as you did not mention your career interests giving any information would be less of any help. I would request you to put up more information about your interest and preference. You can look forward to pursue your Masters in the same field of may take up further specialization in Cardiology like Paediatrics or other.
Or if you plan to change your stream then you can consider Management, where in you can look up to pursuing MBA in Health care/ Hospital management.

Keeping in mind your prior education in Aerospace, I would suggest you to pursue Masters in Aerospace from Germany as the country is known for its technical advancements.

As education in Germany is Government funded, you might have to give a minimal fee of 140-500 euros.

When you feel well enough prepared to pass you should then book your MCITP Exam. All MCITP exams are administered by Prometric who have testing centers all over the world. The booking process is straight forward and requires you to have a Prometric account if you don't already have one. Once you have logged into the website you can then search or browse for the MCITP exam you would like to book and then select your local Microsoft testing centre. Once you have selected your testing centre you can then view the available time slots in which you can book your MCITP Exam.
Payment for the MCITP exam is done at time of booking on the prometric website and is paid by credit card. The cost of sitting an MCITP exam in India is $80.00 USD.
MCITP Exam bookings can also be done via phone if you prefer using contact details of the testing centre which should be listed on Prometric.com. You can reschedule or cancel your exam until the last 15 days for free,
