As per my knowledge credit transfer scheme is not allowed in M.Sc. It therefore it is very difficult to continue your M.Sc. IT course Inmy opinion you may contact PTU directly (ignoring Study center) or your regional coordinator the will help you in solving this problem.

The civil service examination is conducted by UPSC(UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION)every year. The examination has three stages i.e.,
1)Preliminary examination(normally conducted during the second half of may)
