To be eligible for Admission to First year Degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT) the candidate should have Passed the HSC (Std XII) examination of State Board of Secondary and Higher Education or its equivalent examination with compulsory English & Secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate at the HSC (Std XII) examination.(45% in case of Backward classes).
Fees
Admission fee - INR 500
Tuition fees - INR 80,000
The fees are to be paid in full at the commencement of the Academic year
The expenses in connection with Uniform, Kitchen kit, Books-Journals, Printed Forms , University Examination Fees , Industrial Visits, Field work, Summer Training, Specialized Training Modules, Special Assistance for Placement etc. will be borne by the student over and above the Fees.

I would agree with @MSK70515 that no university or college can guarantee placements to its students. Moreover Germany is a country known for its technical advancements and a course in Electrical Engineering would definitely add value to her resume.

For admissions you have to give GRE and TOEFL or IELTS as per the university requirement.
