Eligibility:
4.1.1. Candidates who have appeared at Common Admission Test (CAT) 2011
conducted by IIMs are eligible to apply.
4.1.2. A candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent qualification
recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, with at least 50% marks
(45% for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent CGPA, of any University incorporated
by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions
established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under
section 3 of UGC Act, 1956.
4.1.3. The Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must
entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary
schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
4.1.4. In case of the candidates being awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the
equivalence would be based on the equivalence certified by the university/
institution from where they have obtained bachelor's degree.
4.1.5. In case the university/ institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA
into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by the SPM by dividing earned CGPA with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the
quotient with 100.

Following are the basic criteria for the PGPX VII (2012-13) starting on 09 April 2012:
(a) Bachelors Degree or equivalent in any discipline(b) Minimum Age: 27 years at the start of the programme[born on or before March 31, 1985](c) Upper age limit: None(d) GMAT (mba.com) score obtained between April 1, 2008 and August 10, 2011.To ensure that scores are sent directly to IIMA, please enter GMAT Code for IIMA PGPX CQQ-RR-60.
Adhering to minimum age of 27 years at the start of the programme, a normal graduate should have 6 to 7 years of post qualification, full time work experience. Similarly, post graduate should have 5 to 6 years of experience. PhD/M.Phil can be evaluated on case to case basis.
Admitted candidates should have good GMAT scores, a good academic record, a clear idea of why they prefer IIMA for doing their one year programme, leadership potential and substantial work experience that shows some evidence of a supervisory/managerial role in an organization that they have worked for.

Its good to know that you wish to work abroad, getting jobs abroad is very competitive, as you need to compete with the natives of that country first and then with the remaining international candidates, even the companies prefer the locals first and if they do not get any desired candidate then they look for international candidates.
How ever if you full fill the eligibility criteria then getting a job should not be a problem.
Please remember no course or universities guarantee jobs to its students, getting a job in India or abroad, depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
To get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this newspaper and job portals.

If your qualification and work experience matches the eligibility criteria, than you can apply for the job.
If you are selected than the company will issue a offer/appointment letter and sponsorship letter, and on the basis of this you can apply for VISA.
