Hi Ravindra,
To be able to pursue MCA through regular mode one requires to have studied Maths in +2 level, this is the basic requirement for MCA eligibility along with completing graduation with a minimum percentage of 50% (varies college wise).
But as you did not study maths earlier, getting through to a regular seat is least possible however you may opt for other modes of education like MCA through Distance mode or Correspondence.
To know about the institutes offering MCA through Distance mode or Correspondence, refer below:

well said aru.chopra and @ankit rules
The basic eligibility for M.Tech remains B.Tech , however there are a few institutes accepting MCA students as well but not through the distance/ correspondence mode.
And eligibility of MCA for M.tech is seen acceptable in cases mostly where the student has pursued MCA through IIT/ NIT and then applies for M.tech through IIT by qualifying GATE. But this is a rare case, in most of the institutes, MCA is not seen as an eligible program for M.tech, especially the one done through distance/ correspondence mode.
All the best!
