1. Distance mba or correspondence mba is one in which you dont have to join classes and learn think by yourself best for working professionals and for students those financial status is not good, Executive mba for executives in firms means for person who have good experience at higher posts and regular mba is for all students and best for all but as I describe each have its own benefit so choosing appropriate option is important.
2. Diploma is generally given by institute but degree is given by university and have more value than diploma in most cases but there are some assumptions as diploma from IIM have more value than degree from any university in India.
3.As you are earning for herself not to support your family so my first suggestion is to join regular course but when considering your graduation marks I will suggest you to join distance course as most college dont accept such low percentages.

The Executive MBA course spans over a year where the programs utilises the team approach to disburse the learning's. The course works in groups and enables each person to learn for each other's experiences. Thus there is diverse sharing of practical knowledge on various topics which results in a very informative and challenging learning experience. The course is formatted in such a way that the students are able to address the inadequacy currently existing in the general management today using scientific approaches.
There are several eligibility criteria's that have to be considered while considering an Executive MBA course.
To pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree from recognized university.
There are some colleges that insist on aspiring students having a post graduate degree too as a criterion. Other than this, depending on the institute's requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds. Some colleges prefer to conduct entrance exams of their own.
