I am not sure I understood your question correctly. If you want to understand CAT cutoff, it varies for different institutes, different categories and different background. For example an engineering male graduate from general category at IIM Ahmedabad would have to secure 99.5% percentile to merit an interview call. Whereas for a female commerce graduate it might be around 97 percentile. In short, you should give your best and secure as much marks as you can. Higher marks usually gives you an advantage during interview. All other things are externalities that you can not control.

It actually depends which country you want to apply to. Generally SAT is compulsory if you want to study in US, though it is not mandatory for other countries you may choose to take the test if you are academics are average. Other exams include English language proficiency tests like IELTS or TOEFL. The admission procedure is online and done through an university’s admission portal. The minimum package of student in Gems B school after completing MBA is 20k-25k. The average package is 15k-20k and the maximum can be 35k-40k.
Its all depends on one student caliber and skill.
