When it comes to mass communication, there in no college that offers you 100% guarantee of placement. Mass Communication is a huge field which includes, photography, media research, advertising, visual communication, event management and as a lot more. So, I would suggest instead of looking for the colleges that guarantee placement, look for the colleges that guarantee good education which will help you get a good job afterwards.

There are certain rules and policies under which any university private/deemed/central has to function. If they violate any rule, the course is de-recognised. Moreover, there may be few courses that are completely recognised but not all of the from the same university. Go through the following link and see if it helps you further.
