U can opt masters in social welfare, masters in mass communication and journalism, masters in international politics, masters in conflict management, masters in corporate management, masters in film studies. u can also opt for specialisations from ftii, srfti if u want to make career in film industry. There are two options FPM ( fellowship program ) which is offered by Bschools like IIMs, XLRI jamshedpur, ISB hyderabad and PhD ( doctorate) offered by Institutes like BITS pilani, Bimtech, Amity University, all the IITs and NITs. Basically FPM and PhD are not much different . Its like difference between PGDM and MBA.

Admissions are done also on the basis of SAT and TOEFL scores besides the inter marks. Your extracurriculars will be taken into account as well. Have you taken SAT yet? And which program you want to get admitted to?

Its also depend upon your 12th class percentage. If you have 80% in 12th class then you will get good NITS. Because jee mains ranking based on 40% of 12th class and 60% of jee mains score.

Hi, you can opt for MBA. If you are interested in research and academic career you may consider doing MS in more specialized areas such as HR, International business etc basis your career plans. In New Zealand, they have these lateral entry or transfer system for students who have complete PGDM. No work experience is required but you must pass out with good grades from the university in New Zealand. For details you must visit the university websites. Hope this helps.
