If we compare both these universities, for pursuing finance then, IFIM is best and in terms of placement in finance then, Christ University is best.

Study abroad is a very generic term, better estimates can be provided if you can mention the country. Some countries are very affordable like Hong Kong, Poland, etc. whereas US, Australia can be expensive. Price may range from Rs.7 lakhs to Rs. 60 lakhs a year. There will be additional living expenses.

As far as the admission in concerned, there is no kiitee marks cutoff for that.
But I guess the normal KIITEE rank required for a dual degree would be around 10000.

It doesn't matter if a place is good or bad for studying. It's just that you have to study properly and try to improve that place by conducting workshop, seminar, conference and many more activities.
Delhi University is good for B.Com but not all colleges.
