My recommendation is to go for Jims-Kalkaji, the reason being Good placements, Industry Exposer, Faculties and other opportunities such as foreign study tours etc.
not so expensive as well if you compare with all other colleges which you have mentioned and placements are comparatively good than other colleges.

To get into degree courses, your 12th score will also be taken into consideration. So you might face difficulties in applying for degree programs.

Bharati Vidyapeeth is a good college to pursue engineering. It has a good placement record as well as average overall rankings. You can proceed with the admission in the college. However there are even better options available which you should go for. If you are eligible for BVP then you can also apply for some other better colleges if you want and may also avail scholarships. Giving you a few suggestions -
