Most New Zealand universities accept the Indian graduation system of three years for entry into most postgraduate courses. An Indian bachelor degree like B.A., B.Com. or B.Sc. is equivalent to a New Zealand Bachelor (Ordinary) Degree.
However, some courses and universities may require a qualification equivalent to New Zealand Bachelor (Honours) Degree, which requires 16 years of formal education, which would mean another year after graduation or a four year degree course like B.E., B.Tech or other such courses.
For pg, the IELTS is 6.5 or else you need to take a bridge programme. Professional and vocational courses require relevant work experience. For instance, many MBAs or Masters courses in Information Studies require at least a couple of years work experience. Most New Zealand universities are pretty strict about this.
Coming to loans, you need to check with banks about the application process.

Completed Chartered Accountancy CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), subject to qualifying Interview

Completed Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). , subject to qualifying Interview (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmir Migrants)
Note: If Candidate has:
80 Percentile or above in CAT or MAT or XAT
or All India Rank upto 20000 in CMAT
or 230 and above score in NMAT
then LPU NEST is exempted. Admission Criteria
Merit in qualifying examination, subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria.
