hi nikita,welcome to https://shiksha.com adn ur asking about the best of both the things right? first u have to know what are core subjects in both the subjects i think u just completed ur 10+2 level.and the both branches are equal with similar subjects but in tele communications u added the subjects related to telecommunications which is not in electronics branch and it is purely related to ur interest and think twice to do any thing but my suggestion is u better go for electronics and telecommunications because it has wide range of options and ece is not a bad one it is alo the best but it has heavy compitition for doing and getting

You can go for Master in Design course(M.des) This course is offered by all leading IITs. In IIT bombay, there is industrial design centre(IDC) which offers masters in animation, visual communication etc. These is NID(National institute of design), ahemdabad who offers such masters degree too. You are eligible to apply there after your bachelors in engineering. You need to give CEED exam fro IITs though. I advice you to start reading about these exams and courses right away. read abut admission here http://www.idc.iitb.ac.in/admissions/index.html
